T2683 Provision of Reusable Period Products Scheme

Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to deliver reusable period products to Council residents. The Contractor will supply one of three product options per eligible resident: (1) a Period Cup Pack (small and large options, including steriliser and storage bag), or (2) a Plastic-free Pack covering a full cycle’s needs (including 1 x reusable pantyliner, 2 x day pads, 2 x night pads, and storage bag). (3) Period Pants (three size option S,M,L) one colour. All products must be made from sustainably sourced and biodegradable materials where applicable. Pack contents may be amended with Council agreement. The Contractor will design and host a bespoke order webpage, agreed with the Council, containing an order form, project details, environmental messaging, terms and conditions, the Council’s Privacy Notice, and confirmation of order receipt. The website must be operational one week prior to launch.
