Northleach Pavilion New Roof

Tender description

Northleach with Eastington Town Council wishes to procure the services of a suitable contractor to provide a new roof covering to the flat roof at Northleach Pavilion. The existing flat roof is approximately 270m2 in area and covers a single storey changing rooms and lounge with an unheated store at the south end of the building. Its covering is bituminous felt overlaid with chippings. This has cracked in a number of places allowing water ingress. It is envisaged that the new roof covering shall comprise a layer of single-ply roofing membrane such as EPDM rubber or equivalent to a new OSB/plywood overlay which is mechanically fastened to the existing roof structure. To apply the Tenderer should complete and sign the Tender document and send it together with a comprehensive description of proposals for the Works including technical details and illustrative photos of the proposed roofing materials system.
