Consultant is currently carrying working alongside of another service within Children's carrying out consultancy work and we would like to utilise his expertise and experience. The Government has initiated a programme of Social Care reforms. The Families First Partnership (FFP) programme has been produced to support safeguarding partners implement Family Help and multi-agency child protection reforms. As a local area we are required to: • Establish or adapt an education forum with representatives from across the education sector. • Identify representatives who can provide a voice for education settings locally to enable effective inclusion and representation for education at operational and strategic decision-making levels of the MASA. • Identify what impact a strengthened role for education has on services (e.g. improved understanding of and input into local thresholds for identification and intervention and support for referrals, improved information sharing, changes in cases entering statutory services through better access to early help). ## Contract award
