AFA - Select List for Provision of Telecoms & Energy Regulatory Services

The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from suppliers with suitable experience and capability in being included on a Select List for the provision of Regulatory Services to the Isle of Man Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority.<br /><br />The Authority is a Statutory Board of the Isle of Man Government with the responsibility for licensing and regulating telecommunications on the Island and has recently acquired responsibilities in relation to gas regulation. <br /><br />The Authority is an economic regulator, predominantly using ex ante regulation to ensure that local markets remain competitive and that all licensees have fair and equal access to wholesale inputs, allowing for innovation and better competition. <br /><br />The Authority is looking to establish a select list of specialist contractors to provide a range of consulting support in the following areas of the telecommunications & gas sectors:<br />• Cost Accounting;<br />• Finance;<br />• Economic; and,<br />• Regulatory Policy.<br /><br />The select list will be in place for FIVE years and will be open to new applicants at any point during the FIVE Year Term.<br />Expressions of Interest must be submitted through the above Portal, in the first instance by noon on Friday 9 April 2021.<br /><br />
