Any learner extensions beyond the agreed duration should be discussed and approved by the Authority and will be provided at no additional cost per learner. The programme must be accessible across all three YOI sites in England (Yorkshire, Midlands and London) with flexibility to deliver face-to-face elements. Each cohort will consist of learners across all three sites; each face-to-face session will be located within 90 minutes travel time of one of these sites. The venue will then rotate between the three sites for each cohort. e.g. session one within 90 minutes of Feltham, session two within 90 minutes of Werrington and session three within 90 minutes of Wetherby.
