Tender description
In advance of commencing the procurement process, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to hold Technical Dialogues based on informal discussions with market players to provide HRI with a greater understanding of the options available to us for Music Agent for the provision of music entertainment for the other Summer Series at Leopardstown Racecourse and adhoc requirements for other race days. The objective of this review is to allow us to better understand the market and how best to specify our requirements.
