Tender description

This invitation to tender document covers assets under the general description of gas boilers and gas water heaters. The tendering contractor shall undertake the maintenance of the following asset types in full accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, all relevant British Standards and approved codes of practice and the relevant SFG20 schedules that have been listed below. The contractor must undertake all of the display orders contained within the specific dated and version numbered SFG20 codes following the same frequencies as given with the schedules and highlighted in detail in Section 17.1 APPENDIX A1 (SFG20 Scope of Works - All RED, AMBER & GREEN actions to be undertaken by the contractor), 17.2 APPENDIX A2 (SFG20 Scope of Works - Only the RED actions to be undertaken by the contractor) and a fully comprehensive maintenance bid.
