Tender description

The current 0-25 Public Health Service in Knowsley contract is due to expire in January 2027 and the council wish to seek information from prospective bidders around the staffing models and budget required to deliver Health Visiting, School Nursing and an enhanced families pathway in Knowsley from February 2027. We wish to understand the market’s appetite for delivering the Healthy Child Programme and ascertain a realistic budget for the future iteration of this contract.
