Tender description
Hackney's Children and Family Hubs Neighbourhood model aims to connect families to the right support at the right time. A core early years universal offer delivered through the family hub model will create a strong platform for improving outcomes for children, which will be consistent across family hub core sites. The Woodberry Down Children and Family Hub supports the Woodberry Wetlands and Springfield Park neighbourhood, and is the strategic Children and Family Hub for the Charedi community for the whole of Hackney. The Provider will work alongside the Woodberry Down Children and Family Hub to identify and support Charedi Families.
