To achieve this, the Provider shall deliver: A peer-to-peer family help model that delivers home based support and practical help to families who are experiencing difficulties. A robust volunteer programme with a robust supervision model and training plan. A range of interventions and Evidence based parenting programmes designed to help parents / carers of children and young people who have identified unmet needs.
