PROPOSED UPGRADE OF ADELAIDE TAMBO HOUSE

Tender description

The works comprise alteration work undertaken within an existing building, including:<br /><br /> i) Replacement of approximately 1250m2 roof covering with new and associated works,<br />ii) Replacing existing ceilings with new fire rated ceilings and associated works,<br />iii) Replacement of existing timber windows with aluminium, <br />iv) Replacement and rehabilitation of existing floor coverings,<br />v) Replacement doors to student rooms as well as introduction of new fire rated doors,<br />vi) Upgrading of the toilets,<br />vii) Upgrades to the electrical and hot water system by specialised sub-contractors.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Compulsory project briefing and site inspection will be conducted with tenderers on 5 Februry 2025 @ 12h00 at the Adelaide Tambo Residence, off Prince Alfred Road, Rhodes University, Makhanda.
