Tender description
The works comprise of minor alteration work undertaken within an existing building, and new construction of a changeroom facility, including:<br /><br /> i) Upgrading existing ablution facility and associated works,<br />ii) New sheet metal roof covering to existing walkway,<br />iii) Construction of a new change room facility approximately 140m2 in size, <br /> iv) Upgrades to the electrical and hot water system by specialised sub-contractors.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Compulsory project briefing and site inspection will be conducted with tenderers on 5 February 2025 @ 13h30 at Alec Mullins Hall, African Street, Rhodes University, Makhanda.
