Consultancy services to carry out a feasibility and option study for the drone port location, ConOps and roadmap for Tay Cities Mercury Drone Port in Montrose, Angus. Lot 1: Produce a feasibility and options study for the location of the Mercury Drone Port in Montrose to enable unsegregated BVLOS drone flights out to the North Sea.
