Tender description

Fibre Reinforced Plastic Boat Technology (FRPT) is a training course required for all S&I (Ship, Engineer, Nautical and Naval Architect) disciplines and HQ policy personnel for Higher and Senior Executive Officer grades. The original ITT was openly tendered via itt_2275 LOT 1: Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic Boat Technology (FRPT). Regulation 32(2)(a) of the PCR 2015 states that the negotiated procedure without prior publication (STA) may be used where no tenders, no suitable tenders, no requests to participate or no suitable requests to participate have been submitted in response to an open procedure.
