Tender description

The selection of the Architect and supporting design team for this individual project will be by mini tender under the Architects framework. Historic England are seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified design team to develop and deliver a scheme to replace Core 1 & 2 Lifts. It is the intension that the successful Tenderer will provide a full design team to develop a scheme from RIBA Stage 1 through to RIBA Stage 6 for the upgrading/ replacement of core 1 and core 2 lifts.
