Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Fencing works to Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure to be carried out from tender award to March 2026.<br /><br />Isle of Man Railways invites expressions of interest from groundwork and fencing contractors to undertake a group of nine fencing projects across the Manx Electric Railway and Snaefell Mountain Railway that can be tendered for individually or, as a group totalling approximately 4.5 Kilometres. <br /><br />The fencing will primarily be built to our stock fencing specification utilising posts that have a minimum of 25 years guarantee. The work shall include the removal of the existing fence materials, clearance of obstructing vegetation, and installation of the new stock-proof fence and gates (if required). The Contractor shall supply all plant and labour for the works, as well as all fencing materials, with the exception of the gates and hanging posts, which the Railways can free-issue. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote - IOMR Fencing Works 2025<br />- IOMR-L2-OTK-SPE-002 Fencing Specification - Part 1<br />- IOMR-L3-OTK-TEC-001 - Stock Proof Fencing Detail<br />- Standard Steel Field Gate Detail<br />- Worksite Folder containing 9 individual workpackages.<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 20th August 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 27th August and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
