Provision of SOC SIEM Tech Support (for ADS) (LTD)

Tender description

The AHE SOC uses ArcSight as its SIEM tool to identify security events on the AHE network as a response to the growing threat of cyber-attacks. Due to the nature of the Cyber threat landscape and the growth of the AHE, the SOC require specialist support to ensure continued maturation of its services. An area of focus is growing the adoption of ArcSight within AHE, ensuring required log sources are onboarded and that the SOC tooling is aligned to meet organisational priorities. Specialist support in this area will be valuable, augmenting with the in-place SOC analyst team and growing their skillset in parallel.
