Tender description

Perth & Kinross Council has a requirement for a cloud-based property asset valuation software product. The Council has a large and diverse property estate comprising more than 300 assets that require valuation for statutory accounting purposes. The Council is seeking cloud-based software capable of supporting the valuation of non-specialised operational property assets, surplus assets, investment property, and other land and buildings. The software is expected to hold a full record of the Council’s asset valuations. The Council’s aim is to procure valuation software that is statutorily compliant, fit for purpose, and that delivers value for money.
