North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Health Care Partnership seek to commission Care at Home providers to join a transformative framework to deliver care and support for adults with complex physical and clinical Need and mental health, learning disabilities and autism and children with care and support needs across North Lincolnshire.
