Adult hearing services (Audiology) providing support for adults experiencing hearing and communication difficulties who feel that they might benefit from a hearing assessment and rehabilitation, including the option of trying hearing aids with aftercare and support. Ensuring accessibility for the population of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board. Lot 1: Adult hearing services (Audiology) providing support for adults experiencing hearing and communication difficulties who feel that they might benefit from a hearing assessment and rehabilitation, including the option of trying hearing aids with aftercare and support. The ICB is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following direct award process C, where the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed new contract, and the contract is not changing considerably. This is a zero based contract based on activity and local prices. The contract expenditure for 2024/25 was £116,432. Based on this, this award is for the 2025/26 bringing the lifetime value of the contract to the value of c. £116,432 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are: 01/10/2025 to 30/09/2026.
