250081 Contract for Provision of Flowers and Plants for Hire

Tender description

Queen’s wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide hiring, delivery and installation of plants and flowers for staging the Sir William Whitla Hall and other venues around Queen's campus for the purpose of Summer and Winter Graduation and other events as and when required for the period of the Contract. The successful Supplier will also be required to maintain the hired plants in situ at the venues, and remove all hired plants in line with the event schedules and Health & Safety regulations.<br /><br />The Supplier will be reliable and flexible to meet the needs of the University and have the ability to react quickly and efficiently to short notices. The Supplier is expected to maintain reasonable stock levels or have robust arrangements in place to ensure immediate availability and delivery as needed. While the University will make every effort to provide advance notice, it cannot guarantee the quantity or frequency of orders over the course of the contract. <br />
