Tender description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide professional expertise for the assessment of the real condition and the adequacy of the existing structures, and to survey and investigate the buildings for structural defects and to obtain proposals upon the anticipated remedial / repair works and their locations.. The tender is a Direct Award from Lot 7 of the Professional Services Framework. The contract is anticipated to commence 29th July 2024 ending by 22nd November 2024 - However, there is also a mandatory requirement of a Key date of 11th October 2024. The Authority has estimated the value of the Works / Services to be approx. £100k overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
