North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of care and support within supported accommodation for Individuals with needs related to mental health and / or autism in North Northamptonshire.<br /><br />The support offered under this Framework in short-term accommodation includes care and support which is based around a step-down model for individuals, where key progression aims inclusive of skill acquisition, independence and re-familiarisation with the individual’s own community is supported. Although a degree of flexibility exists in the timeframes for individuals living within these settings with the care and support procured through this Contract the expected length of stay is an 18month to 2-year period. It is aimed that thereafter an individual will be ready to move into more independent accommodation on a permanent basis.<br /><br />This form of accommodation with specialised care and support provision is jointly commissioned by Health’s Integrated Care Board (ICB) and North Northamptonshire Council. The Framework aims to support individuals, some of whom may have spent long periods of time in long stay hospital settings as an example, to reacquaint themselves with the community <br /><br />The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured:<br />Lot 1 – Supported Accommodation for Individuals with Mental Health Needs- Recovery Pathway <br /> 1a- Standard<br /> 1b- Enhanced<br />Lot 2 – Supported Accommodation for Autistic Individuals<br /> 2a- Standard<br /> 2b- Enhanced<br /><br />In order to be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have registered and submitted your core supplier information to the Central Digital Platform (CDP).
