?To comply with Government targets, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council must de-carbonise their remaining 4 sheltered scheme complexes that remain dependent on fossil fuels for their heating & hot water. An Air to Air source heating system has recently been installed to all flats at Armada Ct, Hinckley, the largest of the councils sheltered complexes.
