Framework Agreement for Election Printing Services

Renfrewshire Council intends to issue a tender at the beginning of October 2025 for election printing services. It is anticipated that a multi supplier Framework Agreement will be established with Call-off Contracts being made under the Framework Agreement by Direct Award or through Competitive Order or a hybrid combination of both. It is anticipated that the value will not exceed 50,000GBP for all Call off Contracts made under the Framework Agreement. Suppliers who are experienced in election printing for Scottish and Local elections, have the capacity and are interested in this opportunity are invited to complete and return the questionnaire attached to this Prior Information Notice should they wish to do so. Please return the questionnaire to Gillian Gordon at gillian.gordon@renfrewshire.gov.uk by the 18th September 2025. Lot 1: Renfrewshire Council intends to issue a tender at the beginning of October 2025 for a multi supplier Framework Agreement for election printing services. The suppliers will be expected to have experience and the capacity with regards to election printing, in particular Scottish and Local elections. The Suppliers will provide to the Council the Service in respect of the production of election stationery which shall include ballot papers and postal voting packs in accordance with requirements noted below and when required any ad-hoc projects, which may include any or all of the following processes (but not limited to): * data processing * programming * form design * laser printing * inserting of documentation into envelopes * supply of stationery * supply of envelopes * Postage It is anticipated that a Framework Agreement will be established with Call-off Contracts being made under the Framework Agreement by Direct Award or through Competitive Order or a hybrid combination of both. It is anticipated that the value will not exceed 50,000GBP for all Call off Contracts made under the Framework Agreement.
