Tender description
The London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth invite tenders for the provision of community-based Emotional Outreach and Wellbeing Services for adults (18+) with mental health needs. The services aim to prevent, reduce, and delay escalation of mental health needs through short-term, reablement-focused interventions that promote recovery, independence, and resilience.
