The redeveloped Stephenson Memorial Hall will include the Café Bar, centrally relocated within Stephenson Memorial Hall, which will mark both the beginning and end of the visitor journey, providing a unique commercial opportunity for the Café Bar. There is now an opportunity for an experienced catering operator to define the full food and beverage offering. The venue is seeking an operator who can generate a financial return and provide a diverse, inclusive offer at affordable prices for all customers.
