Queen’s requires the services of a Supplier to provide Fire Risk Assessments and Reviews. <br /><br />These will be carried out in building types which include (but are not limited to):<br /><br />• Student accommodation<br />• Staff accommodation<br />• Teaching premises<br />• Research premises<br />• Administrative / Office premises<br />• Library premises<br />• Sports facilities<br />• Licenced premises<br />• Crèches <br /><br />A detailed breakdown of the Queen’s buildings that currently require an FRA is provided in ITT Appendix 1 - Tender Response (Price). An indication of the FRA review frequency for each building is also provided in ITT Appendix 1.
