"Uisce Éireann intends to undertake a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a contract delivery model (Framework, Qualifications System or similar) for the provision of Specialist Environmental Consultancy Services. Uisce Éireann has a wide range of tasks of varying sizes that Uisce Éireann believes the market could assist with. These tasks include, but may not be limited to, water quality impact assessments to support discharge or abstraction consenting processes and catchment management initiatives. These studies may be in any type of WFD waterbody including groundwater, rivers, lakes, transitional and coastal waterbodies in Ireland. Studies may be limited to small local sites or cover larger areas such as a catchment or coastal area.
