The Velindre NHS Trust Capital and Maintenance Works project represents a major strategic initiative by the Velindre University NHS Trust (VUNHST). Its primary objective is to address and reduce the Trust’s maintenance backlog while mobilising and delivering immediate capital projects that support both organisational priorities and broader NHS objectives. To support the successful execution of this programme, a Senior Project Manager will be appointed. This role is critical in ensuring that the portfolio of works is delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with VUNHST's strategic vision. Lot 1: A direct award through the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) Framework provides a fast, compliant, and efficient procurement route for appointing a Senior Project Manager. This approach leverages the framework’s pre-qualified suppliers, ensuring full adherence to NHS standards and public procurement regulations while achieving value for money through competitive, benchmarked rates.
