Tender description

This contract relates to the provision of external support to deliver a number of recommendations from the Capacity and Capability review. The work covers programme controls support, implementation of contract and risk management processes, development of tools and reporting for decision-making, mentoring of internal roles and capability building, and targeted support around commercial, planning, and strategic functions. Lot 1: To regularise the position and ensure compliance moving forward the contract will be directly awarded under the SEWTAPs Framework. This approach is compliant, justified by continuity, urgency, and technical specialism, and endorsed by both Procurement and project governance.
