Tender description

A community support service for working age adults (18-64) with functional mental health needs and/or a diagnosis of autism. The service will provide short to medium term support (up to 2 years) working to a recovery model and strengths-based approach with time-limited interventions of 1:1 support, group activity and assistive technology to help people better manage their mental health, build confidence and live independently.
