Tender description
The legal advice required under this framework will be mainly in relation to Northern Ireland law. However, Invest NI may, from time to time, require legal advice and representation relating to laws of other jurisdictions. In those circumstances, Invest NI will agree appropriate arrangements, whereby the Suppliers can seek such advice/representation from the relevant jurisdiction.
