Tender description

Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a renewed Grounds Maintenance contract for all of their homes across Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and works will include(but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance and litter picking and debris clearance. The developments covered are all different and may have existing features such as large/small grassed areas, raised planters, woodland and wild areas, hard standing areas. The overall lots are split between 3 Regional Areas within Hanover and are managed by each Regional Area Manager. Lot 2: South Highlands (North Region) Hanover (Scotland) are proposing a renewed Grounds Maintenance contract for all of their homes across Scotland. The proposed contract will be split over multiple lots and works will include(but not limited to): Regular grass cutting, garden bed maintenance, shrub/hedge maintenance, Tree Surveys and maintenance and litter picking and debris clearance. The developments covered are all different and may have existing features such as large/small grassed areas, raised planters, woodland and wild areas, hard standing areas. The final contract will have all the above noted works in the tender documents; however, Hanover reserve the right to limit the scope pending tender value returns. Considering the value of the Lots and the intended timescales for delivery of these projects, bidders may apply for all lots, but bidders will be Limited to a maximum of 3 lots per region(unless tenderers can provide sufficient evidence they have the resources to manage more)..
