Newcastle City Council has a duty to ensure that adults, children and carers who use, or are considering using the Direct Payment Support Service have access to high quality independent information, advice and practical assistance to choose and manage direct payments. The purpose of this Contract is to assist the local authority and partner organisations to meet duties under these legislations. This Pipeline Notice is for Information only at this stage.
