Tender description

The University of Chester has made a direct award to EDF/ Dalkia Energy Services Limited under the Energy Consortium Framework Agreement for Electricity and Related Services under Schedule 4 - Additional Services through EDF / Dalkia for Energy Efficiency Services This direct award is to undertake the initial mobilisation and early survey activities.
