Tender description

The University of Chester has made a direct award to EDF/ Dalkia Energy Services Limited under the Energy Consortium Framework Agreement for Electricity and Related Services under Schedule 4 - Additional Services through EDF / Dalkia for Energy Efficiency Services This direct award is to undertake the initial mobilisation and early survey activities. This is to enable the current concept to be advanced while a detailed design scope is developed for the large-scale heat decarbonisation project funded by the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.
