Parenting Programmes

Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon Children's services are planning to run an open tender for the provision of Parenting Programme of support and development for families whose children are at the risk of exploitation. The service provider will be expected to deliver training programmes, seminars and workshops which can be interactive in nature and useful in regards to parenting support and development. The service provider will work towards attracting, recruiting, training and supporting a model of Parenting support facilitators and volunteer Parent Champions. The service delivery will be across Hillingdon's five geographic localities with a focus on those localities that evidence the greatest number of parents with Tier 2 support and development needs as agreed with London Borough of Hillingdon. The length of the contract will be from the 1st of April 2026 to the 31st of March 2029 with an option of a 3 year extension. (total 6 years) The estimated total value of the contract is £435,324 (6 years) of which annually £54,111 is the core value and a further £18,443 annually is optional depending on additional funding available. The Council reserves the right to increase the contract by variation if further funding becomes available.
