Tender description

OTPA (On Train Passenger Announcement) modification on Class 465/466 - The requirement for OTPA modification arose from industry-wide concerns about driver distraction caused by GSM-R PA announcements overriding in-cab communications. Network Rail's OTPA programme identified the need to modify the PISC system on Class 465/466 units to correctly prioritise communication channels and improve passenger information delivery.
