The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to engage with the market to understand market risk and opportunities while informing the future procurement strategy for Inverclyde Council’s Citizens’ Panel and Associated Research workstream. Lot 1: The scope of the proposed project is to explore options to efficiently manage engagement with a representative cross- section of the local community on an ongoing basis. The Council conducts a minimum of two Citizens’ Panel Surveys per year on a variety of topics. A feedback newsletter is sent with every Panel Survey which outlines the key results from the previous questionnaire and the Council’s response to the Panel’s feedback. The Panel consists of around 1,000 members, with membership refreshed annually by a third. The workstream also includes support for the management of the Council’s Employee Surveys. This market research aims to identify solutions that align with the Council’s objectives.. The deadline to express interest and submit any questions is 12:00 on Thursday, 4 September 2025. Questions received after this time may not be answered. Interested parties should then complete the attached questionnaire and email it to daniel.odonnell@inverclyde.gov.uk by 12:00 on Friday, 5 September 2025.
