Urgent placement required as client is a risk to self and others in their current environment. Placement has specific requirements such as ; • Staff who are trained to work with adults with complex needs. • Staff able to implement PBS plan and work with a PBS plan. • Staff who are able to adapt to different types of communication tools. • Staff who able to implement a trauma informed care plan. • Staff who are able to work in a person-centred manner and can work with individuals with varying needs. • Provider able to support individuals with emotional dysregulation. • Staff to work to a specific communication plan to meet individual needs. • Staff who are able to communicate in an assertive manner whilst maintaining empathy Previous experience with the provider confirms they are able to provide this support and have availability at short notice in a provision located where required ## Contract award Title: Request for adult placement for single occupancy supported living
