West Midlands Combined Authority require the support from an external consultant to provide specialist support to improve outcomes in education, employment, health, and community resilience by engaging communities in a structured, collaborative process of local transformation. Cradle to Career represents a model of inclusive growth and community-led transformation that aligns closely with WMCA's Employment and Skills Strategy and ambition for preventative, locally driven reform. This is a compliant direct award via the Agri-EPI Centre (AEC) Framework to Constellia Limited.
