The Commissioner is directly awarding, following direct award process A, a contract to Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust in accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (9) of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has been awarded for the period 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2027 with no provision for extension included. The contract has been awarded by Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) and Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Bard (BSW ICB) with BNSSG ICB as the co-coordinating Commissioner
