Analytical Support for Preparation of the 2027-2032 Isle of Man Climate Change Plan - Awarded

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide analytical support for development of the next Isle of Man Climate Change Plan to the Climate Change Transformation Team (CCTT) part of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) to be carried out between July 2025 and October 2027.<br /><br />Analytical support for the development of the Isle of Man Climate Change Plan 2027-2032, will include; <br />- Assessment of potential emissions reductions measures across a range of criteria (carbon reductions, costs/savings, co-benefits, Fair Change impacts etc.) <br />- Modelling of emissions reduction packages a various stages of development process to ensure over-all emissions reduction requirements are met. <br />- Explaining the analytical information provided to CCTT and other stakeholders as part of the engagement phases. <br />- Production of a final report explaining how the requirements of the Act in terms of emissions reductions have been met by the content of the plan. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of: <br />-             The Quick Quote Request Document <br />-             Timetable for plan development process <br />- Example Emissions Reduction Info Pack <br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 16th June and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 7th July and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline.  <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents. <br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made. <br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen. <br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.
