Tender description
Activities will include property management, valuation and marketing. The Framework has a start date of 5.11.2025 and an end date of 4.11.2028 plus an optional 12 month extension. Lot 1: THIS FRAMEWORK HAS BEEN AWARDED. The figure used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated Framework value including the optional extension period. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
