Tender description
Activities will include property management, valuation and marketing. The Framework has a start date of 5.11.2025 and an end date of 4.11.2028 plus an optional 12 month extension. Lot 1: THIS FRAMEWORK HAS BEEN AWARDED. The figure used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated Framework value including the optional extension period.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
