Tender description

Essex County Council is re-commissioning its Post 16+ Semi Independent Accommodation and Support Framework. This specification is for the procurement of a framework agreement to provide Semi Independent Accommodation to defined cohorts of young people and families. The framework shall be in four lots. Lot 1: Semi-independent accommodation and support for eligible and relevant young people aged 16 and 17 Lot 2: Semi-independent accommodation and support for Separated Migrant Children (SMC) aged 16 and 17, including where initial age assessment is required Lot 3: Accommodation for families and young people 18+ with no recourse to public funds (NRPF) where the Council has a duty to provide them with accommodation Lot 4: Semi-independent accommodation and support for eligible and relevant young people aged 16 and 17, who have complex needs that require extended, intensive support and supervision
