The City of London Corporation (the City) invited Tenders for the provision of Leadenhall Market External Cyclical Works Phase 3. Leadenhall Market phase 3 project involves external cyclical repairs and decorations to the buildings and roof structure within. Works includes but not limited to, addressing defects, restoration and decorations to the roofs, rooftop walkways and gantries, stone and masonry fabric, window frames, glazing and rainwater goods and any other parts outlined in the scope of works. The duration of the contract is approximately 14 weeks.
