Housing Sustainability Direct Support enables a Homes First client to secure a service, good or resource which they normally wouldn’t be able to secure, which will assist with sustaining their tenancy. It ensures homeless people can access specialised support to overcome some difficulties they encounter or to promote and encourage improved health and wellbeing through meaningful activity. Lot 1: Contract required to enable provision of specific tenancy sustainment services.. Mandatory checks for exclusion grounds applied.
