HCC Jan 2025 - The Provision of a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Generic and Branded Cleaning Chemicals, Wipes, Soaps and Sanitisers - AWARD

Herts FullStop or the Contracting Authority is the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council hereinafter referred to as the 'Council'. The Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Generic and Branded Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps, Wipes and Sanitisers, hereinafter referred to as Goods and is seeking suitably qualified Suppliers to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise. A list of the Goods required is given in the Specification (Schedule 1 of the Framework Agreement document). You are invited to submit your tender for these Goods. The Participants require delivery of the Goods in bulk drops to their central stores. The method of delivery and palletisation will be as stated in Schedule 9, Delivery Requirements to Stores. However, there may be a requirement for direct orders placed by and delivered directly to the end user. This procurement is an Open process. Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express an interest' and also 'opt in' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. To be considered as a Tenderer you must complete and submit a Tender by the deadline of 12 Noon on Wednesday 5th February 2025. Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline. Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Framework Agreement formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
