The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is looking to assess market interest in the re-tender of the existing Clerk of Works Framework Agreement and collate notes of interest from potential Service Providers. It is expected that the new Framework Agreement will be for a period of four years. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an opportunity for potential Service Providers to participate in finalising the Council’s procurement strategy. Interested parties are invited to register their interest via the notice as well as completing a short market research questionnaire to be completed and returned no later than Friday 22nd August.
